Please give us your name, contact details and a description of your request.
Time periods for processing your request
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint or claim by letter or email immediately. We will then begin working to resolve your request as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve it within two weeks, you will receive an interim update from us by letter or email.
Within four weeks of the confirmation, you will receive a final response from us by letter or email. If we are unable to provide a final response within this time frame, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.
